Collection and Use of Information

In order to provide Visitors and Clients with outstanding service, the Provider uses Google Analytics to measure the Website’s conversions in addition to WooCommerce to list and sell products and services directly on the site. Both of these platforms utilize cookies to securely personalize online experiences. If Visitor or Client wants to opt out of this process, they may install the third-party Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Voluntary Sharing of Personally Identifying Information

Provider may also accept various personally identifying information if Visitor or Client decides to share it through one of the Website’s forms or various types of communication outside of the site. These include but are not limited to 1.) emails, 2.) phone calls, and/or 3.) video calls.

Provider will not share personally identifying information with other third party companies or civilians.

However, Provider may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities. General Provisions

Governing Law

All legal rights and liabilities subject to this agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Choice of Forum

All legal disputes are required to be brought in either the 41A Judicial District Court in Sterling Heights, Michigan or the 16th Judicial Circuit Court for the State of Michigan, where appropriate based upon the jurisdictional amount of damages claimed.

Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.

Modifications to Privacy Policy

Provider may revise this Agreement at any time; Visitor or Client agrees to be bound by the revised Agreement. It is Visitor’s or Client’s responsibility to return to this Agreement from time to time to review the most current terms and conditions. Any such modifications will become effective on the date they are first posted to this site. Provider does not and will not assume any obligation to notify Visitor or Client of changes to this Agreement.
